Your credit balance is used to make calls, access data, send messages and to use other Digicel services. To understand why your credits are running out, consider checking the following:
- Background data;
- Expiry of bundles (SMS, Voice or Data);
- Subscriptions Service (Intunes, 205 messages, Loop news alert, BIMA);
To be sure with that, you can check the last few transactions for any of the services to see where your credit has been used with our My Digicel App.
