You are given a total of 120 days grace period to recharge your account. You should top up your account within that period. If you do not recharge within that grace period, your SIM card will expire. You will not be able to receive incoming calls or make outgoing calls including emergency numbers. Any remaining credit on the account will be lost and nonredeemable to you. The only way to regain access to Digicel's network is to purchase a new SIM card.
