If you feel that you have been incorrectly charged from your main credit, here are some steps to take to verify those charges.
1. If you have made a call or a text, you can view our rates, here for Prepaid and here for Postpaid to verify how much you were charged for that call or text message.
2. Ensure background data is turned off. If you have recently topped up and realize your credit is missing, it can be used up by applications on your phone which are constantly running in the background. Learn how to turn off background apps here. (Normal data charges apply)
