- How can I purchase the new Postpaid Plans?
You can purchase the new Postpaid Plan by visiting any Digicel Business Office. Customers can also call the Corporate Customer Service on 722222126 or 73730000
- Where can I call with the allocated minutes on my bundle?
Customers can use the allocated minutes to call any number (Digicel, Bmobile-Vodafone, Telikom and Landlines)
- What happens to my package if I am on one of the old Postpaid plans?
If you are on one of the old Postpaid plans (refer to FAQ), you can remain on that plan that you initially signed up for or you can upgrade to one of our new postpaid plans.
- When my data bundles are depleted, would I have to wait for the new cycle in order to get data?
Customers have the option of purchasing and add-on-data bundle while still in their current cycle.
