If you need help with performing a channel search on your Digicel Play Box, refer to the basic steps below:
Dial 1515: Connecting through to a DigiPlay Agent, you must give your Playbox ID number or Smart-card number to the agent who will check to find if your Playbox is active on the system
Check STRENGTH (S) % and QUALITY (Q) % both for frequencies 9 and 11:
On your remote control, press menu, select settings and go select channel search
- For item 9 the Strength should be 90% and above and the Quality has to be 35% and above. Press OK button once the search is complete
- Then for item 11, ensure that the Strength should be 90% and above and the Quality has to be 35% and above. Press OK button once the search is complete
