The K2 Hour Pass Promotion is designated to certain set of customers which allows those customers to call Digicel numbers for 60 minutes after bundle purchase.
2. How do I purchase the bundle?
Get bundle through USSD:
- 1. Dial *675# and press Send
- Select Option 2 (Happy Hour)
- Select (Option 1) to confirm Purchase.
3. Can the bundle be purchased on MDA?
- No, it will only be targeted via USSD alone.
4. After selecting option 1 in Digicel Treats, what steps or guidelines to follow?
For K2 get 60 minutes calls,Digi-Digi only, valid for 1 hour Press:
- Select option 1 “To confirm”
- Select option 2 “Go back to the main Menu”
- Customer confirms purchase by pressing 1 and send
“Dear customer your request has been received, a confirmation message will be sent to you shortly. Please dial *675# to buy again or *130# to check your balance”.
5. What message will I see after if I successfully purchase the plan?
“Thank you for choosing Digicel. Happy Hour is active & Valid till DD:MM:YY. To buy again simply dial *675# and select Happy Hour.”
6. What message will I see, should I subscribe with insufficient funds?
“Dear customer your balance is low for this transaction. Please top up and dial *675# to purchase again.”
7. How can I check for my bundle balance?
Answer: Dial *130# to check your bundle
i.e- “Happy Hour has 1Hr remaining, expires on DD:MM:YY.”
8. How many times am I allowed to subscribe for this Promo?
Answer: You will be given unlimited access to subscribe as many times you want as long as you have sufficient funds.
9. When my plan expires, what message should I receive?
Answer: Your subscription to Happy Hour has expired on DD:MM:YY.
10. Should there be system error when subscribing to the plan, what message will I receive?
Answer: “Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience, the system is not available at the moment, please dial *675# again after few minutes.”
11. Do the voice bundle accumulate when multiple subscription is done?
Answer: Yes, it will accumulate depending on how many subscriptions are done. Say for example, customer subscribes twice, it will accumulate to two (2) hours only.
