The New 1TOK + Combo Pass Segment is a result of a few changes which were made to selected numbers for our valued customers. All selected subscribers have been segmented according to their average spending per day, whether it be voice calls, SMS, data usage or recharge. Therefore, you will notice that some plans under the combo menu which were there previously for you will not be there this time around,
When I dialled *675#, the usual 1TOK combo plan I purchase isn’t there. Was there a change?
Yes, there was. We have made few changes to the 1TOK+ combo plans, allowing you to choose a better plan to buy and use, depending on the type of phone you’re using (smartphone/feature phone/basic phones).
How come my 1TOK combo plan is different from other user’s combo plans?
We are giving you better value than other user’s combo plans.
What plans will I be able to buy after the change?
- For each category of daily, weekly & monthly plans, you will be given a variety of at least 3 1TOK combo plans and 1 unlimited 1TOK+ plan each.
To see your plans, dial *675# and select option 1.
- Plans have also been set depending on the type of phone you’re using, i.e. smartphone or feature/basic phone.
- We are offering more value for feature phone users by giving more mins than previous 1TOK plans.
- We are also offering more value for smartphone users by giving more data than previous 1TOK plans
Will the plans change if I switch from smartphone to feature phone or vice versa?
For now, whatever plans you see now will remain the same, regardless the switching of SIM from smartphone to feature phone or vice versa.
I don’t like this new price plan and combo bundles, please revert my number back to the previous plan?
We have removed all old 1Tok+ plans. This means there are no more old 1TOK+ offers available.
I’m not interest in data, I need unlimited voice and SMS ONLY.
All bundles will come with Data, however there is a split between Smartphone and Feature phone.
Smartphone users will receive a priority on data and less minutes and SMS whereas feature phone users will only be given a minimum amount of data and additional Voice and SMS.
How can I purchase voice plan with K3, K2, and K1.
Customers can purchase these voice plans only IF they are in a segment that allows them to see those bundles.
You can also purchase the Happy Hour which has 60mins priced at K2 only. Voice mins applicable for Digicel calls. Off-net/ international calls not included.
