This issue may occur due to the following reasons:
- Old version of the PlayGo App - if you have the old version of the PlayGo App installed on your phone, you will have to upgrade the app via Google PS or Apple App Store iOS depending on the type of device you use.
- Not available via WiFi - if you are using WiFi, you will not be able to access the Channels on PlayGo App as designed only to work over it's specific data plan. Hence, you have to be in PNG to utilize this product as well as to be an active Digicel Subscriber.
- No Digicel ID - if you have not installed the MyDigicel App on your device, you will not be able to access the PlayGo app because you will need to register your details on MyDigicel App. Only then, you will have the access to use the app.
- You must purchase the PlayGo Data - Unless you purchase a PlayGo TV Plan on *675#, you will not be able to access channels on the PlayGo App
