This will depend on the validity and the bundle size of the voice plan. If you have an existing 1TOK combo plan or voice plan, the priority goes to the plan that has least validity, followed by bundle size. Or least bundle size will get top priority if validity is the same.
For example: customer bought the new phone and decided to buy Happy Hour voice pass. He/she also was able to activate the 24hrs unlimited voice pass. This means the 24hrs unlimited voice pass will be put on hold till Happy Hour plan is either depleted or expired before crossing over to 24hrs unlimited voice bundle.
