To use the PlayGo plan, you must first have your mobile number registered through My Digicel App. Here are the steps to follow,
1. Go to PlayStore (Android) or App Store (iOS), search “PlayGO” and install into the
phone;
2. Once you have installed the app, go to your home screen or menu screen and select the
PlayGo icon;
3. Then you click “Connect with your Digicel ID” to enter your mobile number (675 incl.);
4. You should receive an SMS notification with 4-digit verification code. Enter in the blank and click continue (or you can enter your password);
5. Then you should access the PlayGo app, with all 24 channels.
