The customer will be able to subscribe via the Health Care App.
Once you land on the Health Care App portal:
- You will be directed to the first page which will be Disclaimer points and if you agree with it, Press Continue button to proceed.
- You will be required to enter personal details to continue, if not press skip at the top right hand corner to continue
- There are several disease categories that might not be applicable to a customer thus they can choose their own list of categories from the options provided on the portal.
- Since the Healthcare App will be launched with 1 month Free Trial, A Free Trial pop up will be displayed for subscriptions.
- Once you click on the free trial, you will subscribe and receive a text message:

6.An SMS notification will be sent to the customer for every successful auto renewal or even for failed renewal due to insufficient balance; in this case, the customer will be prompted to top up via SMS.
7.This service is free for the first month upon successful subscription, after the free trial ends, K0.20 will be charged daily.
